Since the beginning of recorded history, humans have cited a supernatural force in their livelihood and life journey. No matter the religion, or lack thereof, humans have a connection to that which we cannot see and oftentimes, cite the supernatural as the motivating force in our behavior.
Life events occur that drive our response system and bring with them a source of energy. How we respond to these temporary events dictates which energetic force we align ourselves with. This article is to assist you in taking a step back and analyzing the energy that is driving your thoughts and actions.

What is Force?
Force can be defined by strength/energy exerted causing motion or change: active power. It can also be defined as compulsion or constraint exerted upon or against someone or something, an influence that if applied results in an acceleration of the body, and to compel by physical, moral, or intellectual means https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/force.
Negative force is in opposition of an implemented force causing deceleration and moves toward the left instead of the right. Positive force is in alignment with an implemented force assisting in acceleration and moving to the right https://www.vedantu.com/question-answer/does-a-negative-force-mean-class-11-physics-cbse-6114dfb744a5e85be56c0eb3.
What we can conclude from the aforementioned definition is that the force we choose to guide our behavior and action can bring about a consequence that is in alignment with the direction we want our life force to move in or it can cause deceleration and stagnate our momentum in life.
So the question remains, how do we determine whether or not the force pressing upon is is positive or negative?

Identifying Forces of Energy
In the opening of the article, we discussed how life events occur that challenge us on following a positive or negative energetic force. When these events occur and if we are not careful, we may act on an impulse driven by emotion. This emotion can be derived from a negative force that places a stumbling block in our life path causing us to regret the decision made in the heat of the moment.
One of the ways we can identify the force of energy attempting to persuade us is to analyze the action before taking it.
If the force pressing upon you tells you to follow guidance that may lead to regret, depression, or anxiety, then it is plausible that the force acting upon you is negative. The force wants you to move quickly before you have the chance to think about the consequences.
If the force pressing upon you tells you to follow guidance that leads to clarity and truth, then it can also be plausible that the force acting upon you is positive. The force wants to walk in alignment with the goals you have set in your personal life and the decision remains the same with or without intense emotional input.
The second way we can identify the force of energy attempting to persuade us is to analyze the state of being it brings us into.
If the force brings with it confusion, pressure, and a sense of hasten, then we can conclude that the force is negative. This force does not want to walk in alignment with our decision making skills but wants us to choose an emotional and often, negative emotional response. With this comes regret, depression, and the rehearsal of how we could have made a better decision in retrospect.
If the force brings with it peace, calmness, and a sense of analytics, then we can conclude that the force is positive. Not only is this force attempting to guide us in alignment with our life path, but it is also assisting in developing our critical thinking skills. This force comes with assurance, confidence, and understanding of the situation that has happened along with our role in it.
The final way we can identify the force of energy attempting to persuade us is to consider the emotional response trigger.
There will be some circumstances where an emotional trigger is understandable. The objective is that we don’t react on this emotional trigger without weighing the consequences of our actions.
Based on the prior information, we can determine that the negative force will want you to make a decision quickly, foregoing your analytical skills and focusing solely on the emotional trigger with no regard to the consequences. As previously stated, this negative force of energy is pulling you away from the Son above toward the Hell that lies below.
The positive energy force will remain peaceful, calm, and analytical as it desires for you to walk in alignment with the Almighty in the direction of upward mobility. It will motivate you to step outside of your emotions and look at the situation logically arriving to the best conclusion for your present and future self. Keep in mind that it isn’t the emotional trigger that is problematic, but our response to it.

A fool gives full vent to his spirit, but a wise man quietly hold it back.
